New - Quality in Befriending Award

As a member of the Scotland Funders Forum, VAF is happy to highlight the launch of a new quality award announced by Befriending Network Scotland (BNS).

Open to befriending projects, the Quality in Befriending (QiB) award aims to encourage projects to review of all aspects of their practice, and to give confidence to potential clients, volunteers, referrers and funders.

BNS are hosting two afternoon QiB information events: one in Aberdeen (Tuesday 24th August) and one in Edinburgh (Wednesday 25th August), which will provide information about QiB and how projects can apply.
